We, the people of St. Peter Church of LaPorte, Indiana, commit ourselves as followers of Jesus Christ under the jurisdiction of the Bishop of Gary, Indiana and in union with our Holy Father, the Pope and vicar of Christ, to reach out to everyone in our faith community through worship, education, service and hospitality in order that all individuals and families may grow in their faith by living the gospel values. Thus , we can all become true stewards of Christ in word and action.
