MEETING MINUTES
The meeting was called to order by President
Knoll at 7:00 PM.

Minutes from the May 2010 were reviewed and
approved as presented.
Old Business:

Rita Hagenow spoke to
the Council about a new church sign.
She indicated that approximately $900 had been donated for a new
sign. A newer and larger sign
constructed with stone will cost more than what has been donated. It was decided to install a temporary
sign similar to that at
·
Fr. Joe reported that
Fr. Flannigan now has limited driving capabilities. The statue project is on hold for now
and Father will contact a donor on plans for the statue.

There was no update on
the Eagle Scout project. John will
contact Steve Mills on the status of the project.
New Business:
·
A
pancake breakfast will be held on September 26 after the 8 and 10:30 AM
masses. Jim Beckman is in need of
volunteers to help with the breakfast.
Call Jim at 324—0508 to volunteer to help Jin with the
breakfast.

Norma
Schultz discussed the St. Peter history book project. She will contact Mike Mathis about
information that his mother may have about St. Peter Church. Norma will also contact Mr. Schroeder

The
discernment process will begin this month to replace four Pastoral Council
members (Don Barker, Ron Gigliotti, John Knoll and Glen Minich) whose terms are
up at the end of this year. Drawing
of lots is expected by the middle of October.
