Old Business:

·             Eagle Scout project has been delayed.  Stephen Mills plans to attend the Nov. 4 meeting to discuss the project in more detail.

·             Work and research on the history book project will continue and it is anticipated that it will be published sometime in late 2012 or early 2013 to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the founding of St. Peter parish.  Norma Schultz will continue her work on this project.

·            Discernment process was reported on by Ron Gigliotti.  Three Council members, Ron Gigliotti, Ruth Livergood and Dave Porter spoke at the Masses the weekend of Oct. 2nd and 3rd.  Nomination ballots were placed in the pews that weekend and the following weekend.  Ruth Livergood volunteered to call those persons who were nominated by our parishioners.  Discernment will take place on Saturday, Oct. 23 in the basement of our Parish Center.

New Business:

·         Glen Minich agreed to lead a project to remove all of the stones from the memorial garden and replace them with mulch.  Volunteers are needed to help with this project on Oct. 16th.

·         A cook book project was discussed and Ruth Livergood agreed to look into the matter.

·         There are plans to have a pot luck supper in early November after the 5 PM mass.  Ruth Livergood, Joan Hensell and Nancy Hannon will coordinate the plans for the supper.
